Jon Kytayko

Jon Kytayko has a diverse work experience in human resources, with a focus on managing HR operations and labor relations. Jon began their career as a Human Resources/Health and Safety & Quality Control Coordinator at Norampac. Later, they became a Human Resources Manager at the same company, where they were responsible for various HR functions such as health & safety, employee training, and staff recruitment. Currently, Jon holds the role of Director, Human Resources Services at Waypoint Centre for Mental Health Care. In this position, they oversee all HR functions for a unionized hospital environment, manages a team of HR professionals, and handles labor relations matters, including grievance processes and collective bargaining.

Jon Kytayko has a Honours B.A in Sociology & Psychology from Wilfrid Laurier University, a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from Georgian College, and a Masters in Human Resources Management from York University.
