Martina Adu Gyamfi

Martina Adu Gyamfi's work experience includes a role as a Strategy Executive at We Are Digital starting in 2023, where they support the CEO and strategy lead in managing the company's reputation with external audiences and develops internal relationships for social impact-led proposals. Martina also worked as a Development Coordinator (Partnership: Grants and Funds) at Catch22 from 2021 to 2023, where they coordinated administrative tasks, prepared due diligence reviews for proposals and bids, and conducted market research and reputation risk analysis. Prior to that, they were a Researcher at EIA Consults from 2021 to 2022, focusing on building educational equity for students and contributing to reports on education-related issues. Martina also worked as a Youth Worker at Birmingham YMCA in 2019, where they generated ideas, planned and delivered activities for young people, and built positive relationships. Additionally, they had an experience as a Student Researcher at Nottingham Civic Exchange in 2019, where they conducted literature reviews, collected and analyzed data, attended meetings, and wrote an article on economic insecurity in Europe.

Martina Adu Gyamfi holds a Master's degree in Diplomacy, Law and Global Change from Coventry University, which they pursued from 2020 to 2022. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Politics and international relations from Nottingham Trent University, where they studied from 2015 to 2019. In addition to their academic qualifications, Martina has also completed several certifications. Martina obtained a Level 7 Certificate in Strategic Management and Leadership from the Chartered Management Institute in December 2021. Martina also completed the Foundations of Project Management certification from Google in September 2022, and the Create a Project Charter with Google Doc certification from Coursera in July 2022.
