Heather Ware Nelson

Heather Ware Nelson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales and leadership across various industries. Currently serving as Sponsorship Sales and Director of the Line Dance and Dance Competition at WE FEST, the largest country music and camping festival in the US, Heather has played a significant role since June 2022. As President of The Prime Factor, Inc. since January 2000, Heather has led a wholesale repping firm specializing in bath and body products, accessories, and children's clothing. Previously, Heather held roles at Aflac from October 2005 to September 2018, where responsibilities included managing assets and training new agents, as well as experience as President of PURSEnality Etectera from 2002 to 2005, overseeing direct sales and marketing. Early career sales experience was gained at Frazee Forum from 1995 to 2000. Heather attended M State from 1991 to 1994.
