JOB DESCIPTION:

Carpet Cleaning Technician

Duties:

• Perform carpet cleaning services for commercial clients

• Operate carpet cleaning equipment and tools

• Conduct pre-inspections of carpets to determine the appropriate cleaning

method

• Apply cleaning solutions and treatments to carpets

• Use specialized equipment to extract dirt, stains, and moisture from carpets

• Move furniture and other items as needed to access and clean carpets

• Ensure that all work is completed in accordance with company standards and

client specifications

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of equipment and work area

Skills:

• Knowledge of carpet cleaning techniques, equipment, and products

• Ability to operate carpet cleaning machinery effectively and safely

• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify stains, spots, and areas requiring

special treatment

• Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated

timeframes

• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, lift heavy equipment, and move

furniture as necessary

• Strong communication skills to interact with clients in a professional manner

Salary: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
