Anisha Virani

Anisha Virani has a diverse range of HR experience, spanning over several companies and roles. Anisha is currently working as an HR Lead at Weatherford since July 2023. Prior to this, they were employed at Wellby Financial from April 2020 to June 2023 as a Human Resources Business Partner. From July 2017 to May 2019, they held the position of Manager-Human Resource Business Partner at Glenmark Pharmaceuticals Ltd. Before that, they served as an Assistant Manager-Human Resource Business Partner from April 2015 to June 2017 at the same company. Anisha also worked at MSD as an Assistant Manager-Human Resources from March 2014 to April 2015 and as an Executive in Global Medical Affairs & Merck Research Lab from April 2012 to February 2014. Lastly, they started their career in 2008 at Ruchika Recruitment Services Pvt Ltd as a Sr. Executive Resourcing from January 2008 to April 2009.

Anisha Virani has a Masters in Human Resource Development Management (MHRDM) from Welingkar Institute of Management and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology from St. Xavier's College.
