Ryan Kachold

Ryan Kachold is an experienced educational leader currently serving as Principal at Weber School District since July 2022, with previous roles including Interim Principal and Assistant Principal. Kachold has demonstrated expertise in community relations, school improvement, instructional coaching, professional development, and diversity and inclusion initiatives. Prior to Weber, Kachold worked as Vice Principal at Antelope Valley Union High School District and held positions as Summer School Principal and Assistant Principal in the San Marino Unified School District. Kachold also taught as an Adjunct Assistant Professor at USC Rossier School of Education and has a robust background in curriculum development and compliance during the COVID-19 pandemic. Military service as an Aerospace Propulsion Mechanic in the US Air Force Reserve further complements Kachold's leadership skills.
