Rick Gerger

Rick Gerger, CPP®, has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Rick began their career in 1986 as a Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps, where they served for five years. In 1992, they joined the St. Peters Police Department and held the position of Detective Lieutenant until 2014. During their time there, they also served as a Crisis Negotiator for the St. Charles County Regional Crisis Negotiation Team and worked as an Investigator for the Major Case Squad of Greater St. Louis. In 2014, they transitioned to Webster University, taking on the role of Sr. Director of Public Safety & Facilities, where they continue to contribute their expertise.

Rick Gerger, CPP®, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Administration of Justice from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale. Rick also holds a Master's Degree in Business and Organizational Security Management from Webster University. Additionally, Rick Gerger is certified as a Missouri POST Certified Peace Officer by the State of Missouri and is a Certified Protection Professional (CPP) certified by ASIS International.
