John Fansler

John Fansler is an experienced professional in the fields of agriculture lending and engineering. Currently serving as an Ag Lender at Welch State Bank since February 2021, John previously held positions as an Engineering Manager and Manufacturing Engineer at HyPro Inc. from January 2014 to June 2020. With extensive experience as a Senior CNC Programmer at Cameron, a Schlumberger company, from January 1989 to January 2014, John programmed various CNC controls and designed fixtures and tooling. John's career began as a CNC Machinist at Nickles Machine Corporation from September 1984 to January 1989. John holds two associate degrees, one in Computer Numerically Controlled Machinist Technology from Oklahoma State University Institute of Technology and another in Machine Shop Technology from NEO A&M Miami, OK.
