Elizabeth Girling

Elizabeth Girling has a diverse work experience in the senior living industry. Elizabeth most recently served as the Vice President of Operations at WellAge Senior Living, beginning in October 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Regional Director of Operations at the same company, starting in November 2021 and leaving in October 2022. Before joining WellAge Senior Living, they were the Executive Director at THE CARILLON AT BELLEVIEW STATION from February 2021 to November 2021. Additionally, they served as the Director of Assisted Living at The Ridge Pinehurst from November 2019 to February 2021, and as the Assisted Living and Memory Care Director at Christian Living Communities from December 2017 to November 2019. Elizabeth also worked as the Executive Director at Balfour Senior Living from March 2017 to December 2017, and as the Business Office Director at Christian Living Communities from February 2012 to March 2017.

Elizabeth Girling has a Master's degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Metropolitan State University of Denver. Elizabeth also holds a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from the University of Wisconsin-Stout. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained certifications such as Dementia Care Specialist from Crisis Prevention Institute, Assisted Living Administrator from LeadingAge Colorado, Certified Eden Associate from The Eden Alternative, Certified SafeStart Trainer from SafeStart International, and they are a member of the Colorado Senior Lobby.
