Grace Powers

Grace Powers is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in technology, digital banking, and compliance. Currently serving as Managing Director and Associate General Counsel at Wells Fargo since April 2016, Grace leads a team providing global legal coverage for various financial services. Prior to this role, Grace held significant positions at Bank of America, including Associate General Counsel and SVP for Digital Banking and E-Commerce, where collaboration with executives and product development teams was key to enhancing digital financial services. Earlier experience includes serving as Senior Compliance Counsel at Harland Financial Solutions and Associate Attorney at the Law Offices of Marilyn R. Podemski, alongside foundational legal work as a law clerk at Weyerhaeuser. Grace holds a J.D. from the University of Washington School of Law and a B.A. in History from the University of California, Berkeley.
