Marta Robleda Palacio

Marta Robleda Palacio has diverse work experience in the field of learning and development. Marta is currently working as the Global Learning & Development Lead at Welocalize since October 2020. Prior to this, they worked at ANGrup as the Responsable de selección, desenvolupament i formació from November 2018 to October 2020.

Before that, Marta worked at CEF Centro de Estudios Financieros as the HRD MASTER; Lecturer in Corporate Learning / Profesora de Formación en Organizaciones from November 2016 to June 2018, where they served as an expert in the HR Direction Master's degree.

Marta also has experience at Scytl Innovating Democracy, where they worked as the Content & Learning at OpenSeneca from February 2016 to December 2017 and as the HR Learning and Development Manager from October 2014 to July 2016.

Additionally, they worked at Puratos as the HR Training and e-learning manager from March 2011 to October 2014, Schneider Electric as the Training Development Specialist from November 2010 to March 2011, The Eat Out Group as the Técnico de Formación from September 2007 to February 2010, and Hotusa Hotels as the Human Resources Manager in ***** World Trade Center Hotel from May 2005 to July 2006.

Their earlier work experience includes roles at ARAMARK as the In plant's Director for Aramark in Hewlett Packard from November 2003 to February 2005, and at Lucknam Park Hotel as the Chef de rang / Wine waitress from May 2001 to November 2002.

Marta Robleda Palacio obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Tourism from Sant Ignasi Sarrià in the years 1999 to 2003. Marta then pursued a Master's Degree in Direccion de RRHH from Universitat de Barcelona from 2006 to 2007. In 2011 to 2012, they completed a Master's Degree in e-learning and 2.0 corporate knowledge management from Universidad Camilo José Cela, specializing in Human Resources Development. Marta also holds additional certifications in Components of Effective Learning, Improving Your Thinking, Agile Foundations, Be the Manager People Won't Leave, and Creating Psychological Safety for Diverse Teams, obtained from LinkedIn in 2022.
