Tait Wade

Tait is an educator at heart. With 12 years as a middle and high school teacher in Texas, Massachusetts, and California and extensive experience as a college-access program director and school leader, she works to center the needs and goals of students and young adults in all she does. Tait has a B.A. from Kenyon College and M.Ed. from San Francisco State University, and she recently relocated to the Boston area from San Francisco. As the Career Pathways Manager, Tait leads the career-pathway programming and supports West End House alumni to identify and pursue career opportunities that are personally rewarding and economically sustainable.
