Kevin Liu

Kevin Liu, CFA, is an experienced financial analyst currently employed at West Shore LLC since February 2020, where a contrarian growth strategy emphasizing residential complexes in the sun belt region is implemented. Prior to this role, Kevin served as a valuation analyst at The MFA Companies from February 2018 to February 2020 and worked independently as a digital asset trader. An internship at EY in early 2016 provided exposure to private equity, hedge funds, and international tax services. Kevin's early career included positions as a golf shop assistant at The Country Club of St. Albans and as a personal caddy for prominent golf tournaments. Kevin holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst, completed in 2016.
