Paige Nitardy

Paige joined the team as Membership Director at Church Street in December 2022. In this role, Paige works to ensure the successful operation of the Membership Department including staff supervision and development, superior customer service, community relations, collaborations, budgeting, and financial results. She works to implement new procedures and methods to achieve strategic membership goals for the Association. In addition, she leads recruitment efforts of new members and retention of existing members. Paige joined us with having a variety of YMCA work experience, most recently being the Aquatics Director at the Charlestown YMCA. Prior to that role, she worked for Greater Boston at the Wang YMCA as the Associate Membership Director. Other roles at the Y have included Lifeguard, Head Lifeguard, Assistant Camp Director, Membership Desk Representative, and Swim Instructor. Paige is no stranger to the YMCA, as she grew up attending Y programs and camps.
