Megan Worden

Megan Worden is a Lead Research Associate at Westat since January 2024, with a rich background in research and project management across various organizations. Previously, Megan served as Technical Assistance Lead II at Insight Policy Research from June 2020 to December 2023, where roles included Technical Assistance Lead and Research Analyst. Prior experience includes a Community Development Internship at the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis, where survey development during the COVID-19 pandemic was crucial. At the Brown School at Washington University, Megan completed a Masters Research Fellowship focusing on Community Development Financial Institutions and led projects to enhance Census participation. Earlier roles also encompass project management at VSA Partners and communications at Denison University, alongside academic research in psychology. Megan holds a Master of Social Work from the Brown School and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Communication from Denison University.
