Jerad M. has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Jerad started their career at Kellogg Company as a Supply Chain Customer Service and Logistics Co-Op, responsible for managing financial transactions and budgeting. Jerad then joined General Motors, where they held multiple roles including Supply Chain Analyst, Senior Field Sales Manager, and Senior Global Program Analyst. During their time at General Motors, they achieved significant sales growth and successfully managed large-scale projects. Following that, Jerad joined Legacy Special Operations Command as the Director of Supply Chain, Logistics, and Product Development, overseeing all aspects of the product lifecycle. Jerad later became the Vice President of Business Operations & Performance at Heartcore Business, where they played a key role in restructuring the executive team and building a scalable growth platform. Jerad also served as a Managing Partner at Alacrity Supply Chain Solutions and Managing Director at Western Commerce Group. Currently, Jerad is the Co-Founder & CEO of Papa6 Productions, a shared services platform specializing in supplying Ornamental Steel Fencing & Misc. Metals for construction and development companies.

Jerad M. has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Supply Chain Management from Michigan State University. Jerad also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a concentration in Organizational Leadership from Kettering University.
