James Doherty is a seasoned digital media professional with extensive experience in managing digital content across various esteemed organizations. Currently serving as the Digital Media Manager at Westminster Abbey since April 2021, James oversees the digital output, including video, streaming, and podcasts. Prior to this role, James worked as the Digital Content Manager at ELEXON, where responsibilities included managing website content and enhancing user engagement. James also held positions at the University of West London and Book Trust, where responsibilities ranged from website management to executing digital fundraising campaigns. With a foundational background at the BBC, James contributed to multiple flagship programs, handling website management and content creation. James holds a BA in Media Arts and Professional & Creative Writing from St Mary’s University, Twickenham.
