Peter Ramritu

Peter Ramritu is an experienced telecommunications professional with a career spanning several decades in various technical roles. Currently serving as Field Services Manager at WesTower Communications Ltd. since December 2014, Peter is adept at installing and troubleshooting wireless cellular networks. Prior to this, Peter spent 18 years at Rogers Communications as a Switch Technician, responsible for the integration, operation, and maintenance of Ericsson MSC, BSC, RNC, MGW, and RBS systems, while also working on transport layer technologies. Earlier in the career, Peter worked as a Network Installer at CableCom, focusing on Cat5, Cat6, and SONET network installation and testing, and as a Network Technician at Telecom Fiji Limited, where responsibilities included PBX installation and commissioning of Ericsson AXE switches. Peter holds a Diploma in Telecommunication Engineering from the Fiji Institute of Technology, earned between 1987 and 1988.
