Reshma Gandhi

Reshma Gandhi has over two decades of experience in change management and risk transformation within the financial services sector. Since September 2013, Reshma has held various leadership roles at Westpac, including Head of Change, Risk, where the focus has been on leading the Change Sub-Chapter and delivering key reporting tools. As a Change Director in the Chief Transformation Office, Reshma established a Change Centre of Excellence that earned multiple awards for its high-performance culture. Previous roles include Program Change Lead, Senior Change Manager, and Change Manager, all demonstrating a consistent track record of executing transformation strategies across financial crime, compliance, and lending. Reshma's earlier career included product management positions at BT Financial Group, Westpac, St George Bank, HSBC Bank, and client services at ICICI Bank. Reshma holds a degree from the University of Mumbai.
