Kaye Impoc

Kaye Impoc is a Registered Behavioral Health Technician with extensive experience in providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with special needs, particularly those on the autism spectrum. Having worked at Westside Children's Therapy since August 2021, Kaye previously held positions as a Special Education Paraprofessional/Behavior Technician at Holtz Educational Center and a Behavioral Health Technician at ABA of Illinois, where one-on-one in-home therapy was provided. Kaye has also worked at Caravel Autism Health, focusing on therapy implementation and data collection to track behavioral progress. Prior to a career in behavioral health, Kaye gained experience in human resources as a recruiter at Rose Pharmacy Inc. and served as an HR intern at Cebu Graphicstar Imaging Corporation. Kaye holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of San Carlos and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis at Capella University.
