Kathryn Lippert Rousin is an accomplished professional in talent management and learning development with extensive experience in the legal sector. Currently serving as Global Director of Learning at White & Case LLP since October 2017, Kathryn leads the firm’s global talent and learning center of expertise, focusing on strategic leadership, management development, and coaching programs. Prior to this, Kathryn was the Global Head of Learning & Development at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP from August 2009 to September 2017, where responsibilities included advising on talent management and L&D initiatives. Kathryn also held the role of Director of Talent Management at Baker & McKenzie, Associate Director of Professional Development at the College of Law in London, and began with legal practice as an Associate at Clifford Chance and an Assistant Solicitor at Linklaters. Kathryn holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Organizational Leadership from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, and degrees from the University of Oxford and the College of Law.
