Sweta Singh

Sweta Singh has a diverse work experience spanning over 14 years. Sweta started their career as a Management Trainee at PepsiCo, where they worked on employee engagement and compensation structure. Sweta then moved on to Infosys Technologies Ltd as a Business Partner HR, where they managed employee issues and implemented HR initiatives. After that, they worked as a Corporate HR Manager at VLCC Personal Care Ltd. Sweta then held the position of Head of Human Resources at IDFS Group, where they were responsible for implementing HR processes and OD engagements. Subsequently, they joined Kellton Tech Solutions Ltd as the Head of Human Resources, where they developed organization strategies and implemented various HR functions. Currently, Sweta is serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition at GSPANN Technologies, Inc.

Sweta Singh earned an MBA in PM & HR from Balaji Institute of Modern Management, Pune, from 2004 to 2006. Sweta also completed a Master's degree in labor laws and Labor welfare from Pune University during the same period.
