Gianluca Melani

Gianluca Melani has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Gianluca is currently a Co-founder at All Well since 2022. Prior to that, they served as the President of Giovani Imprenditori Confindustria Trentino Alto Adige at Confindustria starting from 2020.

From 2016 onwards, Melani held multiple roles at Wide Group SpA, including Managing Director. Here, they were responsible for providing high-level protection and innovative insurance products to clients. In 2017, they co-founded Materia Medica Processing Srl, a company specializing in the production of high-quality CBD extracts.

Before these ventures, Melani worked as an Account Manager at Green Power Insurance Broker S.r.l. starting in 2009. In 2008, they were the Owner of Eurobroker Srl and also worked as a Fine Art and Marine specialist at BDB Ltd. Lloyd's Broker.

Gianluca Melani completed their education at the Università degli Studi di Milano from 2003 to 2007. Gianluca obtained a Laurea degree in Giurisprudenza indirizzo assicurativo, which translates to a Bachelor's degree in Jurisprudence with a focus on insurance. Additionally, in August 2013, they obtained a certification called Iscrizione RUI - Registro Unico degli Intermediari Assicurativi e Riassicurativi from the Istituto per la Vigilanza sulle Assicurazioni Private e di Interesse Collettivo.
