Matthew Duggan

Matthew is involved in projects from the initial client introductions to programming, design, bidding, construction coordination, and move-in. He excels at building and leading a high-performance team, driving results, and managing budgets and schedules. He has managed several Master Services agreements for clients and understands complex technologies and building systems including trading environments, data centers, and critical systems.

In addition to his extensive experience in the Corporate Market, Matthew has led Civic, Commercial, and Education projects, including numerous parks and Recreation projects such as Plainfield Park District’s Prairie Activity & Recreation Center, which is designed for Net Zero Energy and has achieved PHIUS+ 2015 and PHIUS+ Source Zero certification.
