Elizabeth Lopez is a Certified Scrum Master with extensive work experience in project management and IT roles. Elizabeth Lopez is currently a Senior Lead Technology Project Manager at William Blair, where they provide guidance and mentorship to the team and balances workload. Elizabeth Lopez has recently completed a successful rollout of a compliance platform that streamlines processes and increases compliance capabilities. Prior to their current role, Elizabeth worked at the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago as a Senior Information Technology Project Manager, where they supported Salesforce integrations, implemented a SaaS Content Management System, and defined the role of the PMO in a scaled agile environment. Elizabeth Lopez also has experience as a Senior Information Technology Project Manager and Scrum Master at Central States Health & Welfare and Pension Funds, as well as Information Technology Project Manager roles at Allstate, CSC, Zurich Insurance, and Hewlett-Packard. Throughout their career, Elizabeth has demonstrated strong leadership skills, the ability to manage complex projects, and a focus on quality assurance and automation.

Elizabeth Lopez received their Bachelor of Science degree in Technical Management from DeVry University in the period of 1994 to 2004. Subsequently, they pursued their Masters in Project Management from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University from 2008 to 2010. Elizabeth Lopez is also a certified Scrum Master, having obtained the certification from Scrum.org in 2016. In addition to their formal education, they have acquired various certifications in the field of AI and workstream optimization, including Career Essentials in Generative AI by Microsoft and LinkedIn, Generative AI: The Evolution of Thoughtful Online Search, Streamlining Your Work with Copilot (formerly Bing Chat/Bing Chat Enterprise), and What Is Generative AI? These certifications were obtained in the years 2023 and 2024.
