Eric Gershman

Eric Gershman is the Founder and Principal of Eric Gershman, LLC, providing independent management consulting for arts, cultural, academic, and media organizations since December 2022. Currently serving as Interim Managing Director of Operations & Advancement at the Williamstown Theatre Festival, Eric also holds adjunct faculty positions at the University of Rhode Island and Brown University. With extensive experience as a Senior Associate and Senior Consultant at AEA Consulting since February 2020, Eric specializes in strategy for the creative and cultural industries. Previous roles include Manager of Strategy and Business Development at Disney Theatrical Group and Associate Director of Development and Alumni Affairs at Yale Repertory Theatre. Eric holds an MBA from the Yale School of Management, an MFA in Theater Management from the David Geffen School of Drama at Yale, and a BFA in Technical Theatre from Emerson College.
