Natalia Lopez has extensive work experience in human resources and recruiting. Natalia currently works at Willowglen Systems as a Technical Recruiter & HR Administrator. Prior to this, they were a Recruitment Manager at Flint and a People and Culture Manager at Aequilibrium. Natalia also worked at AgileThought, where they held various positions including Human Resources Director, Human Resources Manager, and Technical Recruiter and HR Generalist. Natalia started their career at Farmacias Bazar as a Junior Recruiter and later became a Payroll Officer. Additionally, Natalia gained sales experience as a Sales Associate at The Home Depot Canada.

Natalia Lopez received a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Universidad Marista de Mérida, where they studied from 2002 to 2006. Natalia later pursued further education and completed a Master's degree in Global Management at Royal Roads University from 2020 to 2021. Following this, they obtained a Project Management Graduate Certificate from the same institution in 2021.
