Stefan Odenthal has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Stefan started their career at Siemens AG, where they completed a commercial trainee program focusing on HR and sales. Stefan then joined Stinnes AG, where they worked in corporate planning and M&A. After that, they worked as a senior partner at Arthur D. Little, a global management and technology consulting firm, specializing in strategy and organization. Stefan then held various roles at Hilti Corporation, including managing director, head of global key account management, and head of corporate development. Stefan later became the group president and CEO of ORASIS Industries Holding (formerly Hirtenberger Group), a leading technology and engineering company. Odenthal also served as the president and CEO of Madison Industrial Solutions - Europe, a subsidiary of Madison Industries, a privately held company based in Chicago. Currently, they serve as the president and CEO of Winkelmann Building+Industry, a division of the Winkelmann Group, offering innovative components and solutions for heating, cooling, and water treatment. Throughout their career, Odenthal has demonstrated a focus on strategy, transformation, and growth, and has been involved in investment and advisory activities in various digital start-ups.
Stefan Odenthal pursued their education at The University of Göttingen from 1991 to 1998, where they obtained a Dr. rer. pol., Dipl. Kfm. degree in Economics and Law. Stefan further enhanced their educational background at Harvard Business School, completing the AMP program in 2011.
