Tania Gamburgo

Tania Gamburgo has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Tania recently joined Winkelmann Group in 2023 as the Head of HR Building + Industry. Prior to this, they served as the Human Resources Director at Haver & Boecker OHG since 2015. From 2013 to 2015, they worked as a Senior HR Analyst at Fundação Visconde de Porto Seguro. Before that, they gained experience as a Human Resources Analyst at HAVER & BOECKER OHG from 2011 to 2013 and as an HR Analyst at Haver & Boecker Latinoamericana Maquinas Ltda from 2008 to 2011. Tania also had a brief internship in 2003 as an HR Intern at Blue Tree Hotels.

Tania Gamburgo obtained a degree in Psychology from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo from 2003 to 2007. In 2013 to 2014, they pursued a Master's degree in Human Resources and Leadership Development from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas. Additionally, they completed an Influence Masterclass in Leadership at Miriam Grobmann Consulting in 2020.
