Melissa Ertek, MBA, currently serves as the Chief Development Officer at Winston & Strawn LLP since November 2014, focusing on partner hiring, lateral integration, and strategic projects for global growth. Previously, Melissa held the position of Senior Director of Client Service Programs at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP from April 2011 to November 2014, and as Director of Strategic Client Programs at Howrey LLP between April 2007 and April 2011, where Melissa led client teams and firm-wide growth initiatives. Earlier in their career, Melissa was a Strategic Business Analyst at Manatt, Phelps & Phillips, LLP from 2004 to April 2007, where Melissa focused on revenue analysis and response processes for proposals. Melissa earned an MBA in Marketing Management and International Business from Loyola Marymount University in 2001.
