Winder Heller

Winder Heller has over 30 years of work experience in the field of human resources, with a focus on managing and resolving employee issues. Their most recent position was at WinTec Arrowmaker, Inc. as the Director of Human Resources, where they were responsible for all aspects of HR management for a Systems Engineering and Technology firm. Prior to that, they worked as a Consultant at Oak Ridge Associated Universities and as the Director of Human Resources at ManTech Security Technologies Corporation. Winder also held the role of Director of Colleague Care at ManTech CTX Corporation and Director of Human Resources at Maden Tech Consulting, Inc. Additionally, Winder served as the Corporate Director of Staff Development at System Planning Corporation and the Director of Human Resources at BTG, Inc., where they managed a full range of personnel activities for a large IT organization.
