Elizabeth M. Jost

Elizabeth Jost was named director — Wisconsin Gas Operations in February 2019.

In this role, Jost is responsible for gas engineering, code compliance, standards, peak shaving and geographic information services for We Energies, Wisconsin Public Service, Michigan Gas Utilities, Minnesota Energy Resources and Upper Michigan Energy Resources.

Jost joined the company in 2000 as a co-op engineer in Gas Distribution Asset Management. Since then, she has served as a construction engineer, operations supervisor, senior operations supervisor, process manager and manager — gas engineering.

Jost earned a Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering from the University of Wisconsin — Milwaukee and is a registered professional engineer in the state of Wisconsin.

Jost is on the leadership council of the Racine County Economic Development Corp., and on the board of MEA Energy Association as of spring 2021.
