Alix Hancock

Alix Hancock is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in various HR roles across multiple organizations. Since August 2017, Alix has served as the GM People and Culture at Wise Group, a major provider in New Zealand's mental health and addiction sector, where responsibilities include managing HR operations and culture initiatives. Prior to this, Alix held positions at Fonterra and returned to Wise Group after roles as Senior HR Advisor and HR Advisor. Alix also contributed to CSIRO as a Senior HR Advisor and was actively involved in diversity and engagement initiatives, supporting over 160 staff within the Materials Science and Engineering Division. Alix's career began with diverse administrative roles, showcasing a solid foundation in HR processes and support functions. Education includes a Bachelor of Management Studies in HR and Geography from The University of Waikato.
