Robert Quest has a diverse work experience in the telecommunications industry. Robert started their career in 2008 at HiBeam, where they served as a Sr Broadband Technician. In this role, they were responsible for field maintenance and CPE installation for residential and business customers. Robert played a key role in developing and building a WiFi network for the municipality of O'Fallon, MO, covering a 38 square mile area. Robert also worked on point-to-point network installations for business customers.
In 2012, Robert joined Wisper Internet as a Field Services Technician. Here, they handled commercial and residential installations for high-speed wireless and VoIP connections. Robert also managed network operations and provided technical support. Later, they became the Field Services Manager, overseeing a team and ensuring the smooth execution of projects. Recently, they have taken on the role of a Training Manager, where they impart knowledge and skills to new hires.
Robert Quest attended the ITT Technical Institute from 2006 to 2008 and earned an Associates of Applied Science degree in Computer and Electronics Engineering.
