Keith Caswell

Keith Caswell has extensive experience in human resources, working in a variety of roles and industries. Keith currently holds the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Wizards of the Coast (Hasbro), where they started in June 2020. Before this, they worked at Electronic Arts (EA) from 2015 to 2020, holding positions such as Sr. Director and Director of Human Resources. Prior to that, Keith worked at Microsoft from 2005 to 2014, where they served as an HR Director and Senior HR Manager. Keith also has experience at organizations such as Los Angeles Times, NBC Universal, and Circuit City, holding managerial roles in human resources. Keith is skilled in strategic planning, organizational efficiency, talent management, and leadership development.

Keith Caswell has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from California State University, Fullerton. Additionally, they graduated from Highland High School. Keith has obtained certifications as a Hogan/360 - Certified Facilitator in 2014 and as a Myers Briggs Type Indicator - Certified Facilitator from CPP, Inc. in 2007.
