Debbie Cundiff

Debbie Cundiff, RN, is an accomplished healthcare professional with extensive experience in risk management, compliance, and nursing operations. Currently serving as Compliance Manager in Integration at Women's Care Florida since January 2017, Debbie has previously held key positions at Laser Spine Institute, including Vice President of Nursing, Quality, and Risk Management, overseeing nursing policies, compliance, and patient safety initiatives. Additional roles include Senior Director of Risk Management and Patient Safety, as well as various nursing and management positions at Baycare - Mease Dunedin Hospital and Sarasota Memorial Health Care System. Debbie holds a Bachelor of Science in Risk Management and Insurance from Florida State University and associate degrees in Business and Registered Nursing from St. Petersburg College and Manatee Community College, respectively.
