Ladeamma McMoore

LaDeamMa McMoore is an experienced professional with a strong background in case management and health navigation, currently serving as a Case Manager for the Women's Prison Association since June 2018, working within the Justice Home Alternative to Incarceration program for women. McMoore has also held multiple roles at BOOM!Health since April 2015, including Health Navigator and Health Educator, and has extensive outreach experience at HELP/PSI since June 2012 as a CASAC-T, in addition to advocating for women in prisons and their families with the Correctional Association since May 2009. Educational qualifications include a CASAC-T in Substance Abuse/Addiction Counseling from the Resource Training Center and further studies at Marymount Manhattan College.
