Hannah Tilden

Hannah Tilden is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management and operations within the nonprofit sector. Currently serving as the Business and Operations Manager at Woodland Park Zoo since November 2020, Hannah also holds the title of Learning Programs Revenue Manager. Prior to this role, Hannah was the Senior Program Director and Program Director at the YMCA of Greater Seattle from July 2017 to November 2020, where responsibilities included overseeing the complete employment process for seasonal employees, analyzing program data for enhancements, and leading community fundraising efforts. Earlier positions include Service Coordinator at The Resource Exchange, Inc., and various roles at the YMCA of Greater Seattle, where Hannah honed skills in staff supervision, program implementation, and budget management. Hannah holds an MBA from the UW Foster School of Business and a Bachelor's Degree in Anthropology and Spanish Language from Colorado College.
