Kevin Moore

Kevin Moore has extensive experience in property and asset management, holding various roles in multiple city councils and county councils. Kevin started their career at Shropshire County Council as the Head of Estates Services from 1998 to 2003. Kevin then joined Wolverhampton City Council as the Group Manager of Property Management from 2005 to 2011. Kevin then moved to Wolverhampton City Council as the Commercial Development Manager from 2012 to 2018. Currently, they are the Head of Property and Asset Management at Worcester City Council since September 2018.

Kevin Moore obtained a BSc in Land Management from the University of Reading between 1979 and 1982. Kevin also pursued an MSc in Property, Business, and Management at the University of Central England from 1994 to 1996.
