Clare Bennamon

Clare Bennamon has extensive experience in the field of Human Resources. Clare is currently working as an HR Manager at Workiz Inc. since August 2022. Previously, they worked at Shine Early Learning, where they held several roles. From June 2021 to July 2022, they served as an HR Partner Support Consultant, providing consultation to multi-state partners on various HR practices and leading HR programs and projects. Prior to this, from January 2019 to June 2021, Clare worked as an HR Generalist, responsible for a wide range of HR activities supporting over 200 employees. Additionally, they provided consulting services to multi-state partners, reviewed HR systems and processes, and ensured compliance with state laws and regulations. Before that, from July 2015 to January 2019, they held the position of Senior Executive Administrator, overseeing administrative operations, managing staff recruitment and training, and coordinating administrative efforts.

Clare Bennamon earned a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and Administration of Human Services from the University of Phoenix in 2015-2017. Prior to that, they completed their Master's degree in Psychology from the same institution in 2013-2015. Additionally, Clare has obtained various certifications including "HR as a Business Partner," "Managing a Multigenerational Team," "Developing Managers in Organizations," "Human Resources: Running Company Onboarding," "Talent Optimization Consultant Certification," and "Managing a multigenerational team." Clare also holds a Notary Public certification.
