Todd King

Todd King has extensive experience in property management, currently serving as Property Manager at Workspace Property Trust since March 2019. Prior to this role, Todd was Community Manager at Armco, overseeing luxury condominiums and commercial properties in Tampa's Channelside District. Todd's career includes a position as Portfolio Community Association Manager at Rizzetta and Company, Inc., where management of a portfolio of 13 HOA communities was the focus. As Senior Property Manager at MLG Management, Todd successfully managed up to 1,600 units across multiple properties while supervising a team of five managers and 35 employees. Additional experience includes managing a 200-unit tax credit property at Gatehouse Management and serving as Leasing Superstar/Assistant Property Manager at Aimco. Todd King graduated from Tarpon Springs High School in 1988 and attended the New England School of Photography from 1991 to 1993.
