Leo Weisshaar

Leo Weisshaar's work experience begins with their current role as an Account Manager at Workwise, which they started in June 2022. In this position, they advise and supports companies in their recruiting efforts and addresses customer concerns. Workwise simplifies the recruiting process by connecting businesses and job seekers on its platform.

Before joining Workwise, Leo held the position of Junior Account Manager at the same company from April 2021 to May 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Trainee in Account Management from October 2020 to April 2021. These roles helped him develop their skills in account management and customer service.

Leo's professional journey began in 2019 when they worked as an Intern in People Operations at FreightHub GmbH. Leo was responsible for managing the recruitment process for intern and working student positions and supported various projects related to People Operations. FreightHub is a digital freight service provider aiming to offer the best freight-forwarding experience to its global customers.

From November 2017 to August 2018, Leo worked as an Executive Assistant to the CEO at MAPEGY GmbH. In this role, they handled various tasks in HR, finance, and office management. Leo was responsible for employee recruitment, onboarding, payroll, as well as invoice management and accounting.

Prior to that, Leo gained experience as a Working Student at EOS SAF Accounts Receivable Management from March 2016 to July 2017. Their main responsibilities included document procurement and administration for clients. EOS SAF Accounts Receivable Management deals with the processing of open claims for company clients and is now a part of EOS DID, a German collection agency.

In 2012, Leo volunteered at the Youth Hostel Baden-Baden as part of the Federal Volunteer Service. This experience helped him develop a strong sense of social responsibility and organizational skills.

Leo Weisshaar completed their education as follows:

- From 2004 to 2012, they attended Helmholtz-Gymnasium Heidelberg and obtained a General matriculation standard (German Abitur).

- Leo then studied at Ludwigshafen University of Business and Society from 2013 to 2017 and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Human Resource Management and Organisation.

- In 2015, Leo Weisshaar participated in an exchange semester at Groupe ESC Troyes, focusing on International Business Economics & HR Management.

- Continuing their education, from 2017 to 2020, they pursued a Master of Arts degree in International Business and Consulting: Human Resource Management at The Berlin School of Economics and Law.

- During their master's program, Leo Weisshaar also completed an exchange semester at Universidad Argentina de la Empresa (UADE) in 2018-2019, specializing in Human Resource Management.

- Additionally, in May 2017, they obtained a Trainer aptitude examination (licence to train people) certification from the Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK Pfalz).
