Mike Sarchet

Mike joined WiL in 2022 and works with the corporate partners to develop corporate venture capital funds aimed at supporting growth and innovation through strategic and financial investments. Mike leads deal sourcing and diligences for each fund, and architects bespoke investment and growth strategies. Beyond this focus area, Mike works with the rest of the Corporate Innovation team on innovation / strategy workshops, pitch days, ideathons, and more.

Prior to joining WiL, Mike was a Strategy Consulting Director at EY-Parthenon, where he built growth strategies for large multinationals and led private equity commercial due diligences. He developed expertise in the automotive, manufacturing, media, and food & beverage sectors, and managed projects across borders, including in Tokyo, Japan. Before that, Mike was a Management Consulting Supervisor at RSM, where he helped large and mid-market companies manage and streamline their global operations, again focused on Japan, Asia, and the US.

Mike holds dual B.A.s in Political Science and East Asian Languages & Civilizations from the University of Chicago, and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
