Martha Swirzinski Ed.d.

Martha Swirzinski, Ed.D., is an experienced professional in instructional design and training, serving as the founder of Bratton Design Solutions since January 2007. In addition to this role, Martha has worked as an Instructional Designer and Technical Trainer at SimVentions since May 2020, and as an Instructor and Course Developer for W.I.T.S. World Instructor Training Schools since 2009. Martha also holds the position of Adjunct Professor at California Baptist University since August 2018 and previously served as an Associate Professor at Thomas Nelson Community College from August 2010 to January 2020. Martha holds a Doctor of Education degree in Education/Curriculum and Instruction from Liberty University, a Master of Arts in Kinesiology from the University of Maryland, and a Bachelor of Science in Therapeutic Recreation from Clemson University.
