Matthew Bradford, MHRM

Matthew Bradford, MHRM has over 17 years of work experience. From 2014 to present, they have been working at World Precision Instruments, LLC. in the roles of Human Resources Director and Logistics Manager. From 2011 to 2014, they worked at Target as a Leadership Development Program (Executive Team Leader) where they directed store logistics operations for C Volume Target generating $26 million in annual revenue, led a team of 45 employees and 2 supervisors, and improved logistics operational efficiency. From 2003 to 2011, they worked at UPS in the roles of Business Development SSR, Operations Supervisor (Sarasota Center), and Operations Supervisor (Marion Center). In these roles, they managed a customer base generating $2.2 million in annual revenue, supervised 35-30 employees, and managed sorting/loading/forecasting operations for up to 29,000-12,000 packages per day. Matthew also trained new supervisors and hourly employees.

Matthew Bradford completed their Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Photography/Digital Imaging from Ringling College of Art and Design in 2007. Matthew then went on to obtain their Master of Human Resource Management degree from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University in 2011, with a concentration in Human Resource Management/General Management.
