Helen Palmer

Helen Palmer currently serves as the Chief People Officer at the World Resources Institute, a position held since July 2023. Previously, Helen held several key roles at Kelly from January 2014 to July 2023, including Vice President - Head of International HR & Global Head of People Experience and Senior Global HR Director - Head of Talent. In these roles, Helen was instrumental in shaping the people strategy, leading initiatives in talent development, and managing employee engagement across various global regions. Earlier experience includes leading Learning and Development for Reed Specialist Recruitment, where Helen oversaw training for around 2500 employees across multiple divisions. Helen began their career as a Recruitment Consultant at House of Fraser after earning a Bachelor of Arts in History from Nottingham Trent University.
