Amy Schweiner currently serves as a Development Associate at World Savvy, where responsibilities include maintaining individual giving pipelines, drafting proposals, managing development projects, leading event planning, and researching trends in individual giving. Previously, Amy worked as a Server/Barista at JavaVino Coffee Bar and served as an Election Inspector for the City of La Crosse, assisting with voter registration and election procedures. As a Program Development Intern at New Horizons Shelter & Outreach Centers, Inc., Amy designed a domestic violence rapid re-housing program and developed training materials for housing advocates. Additionally, during time as Community Engagement Director for the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse Student Association, Amy advocated for student interests in local government and collaborated with community leaders. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration and Economics from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.
