Karen O'Rourke

Karen O'Rourke has a diverse work experience in the fashion industry. Karen began their career at Dayton's, Marshall Fields, and Macy's Department Stores, where they worked as a buyer, store group management, and private label development. Karen then joined Carlisle Collection as a District Manager from 2013 to 2016. Currently, they are the Director of Business Development at Worth Collection, Ltd., responsible for Minnesota, Nebraska, and surrounding areas. In this role, they seek well-connected and dynamic women to host trunk shows and promote the line of contemporary luxury women's clothing.
