Torrey Searls

Torrey Searls is a skilled professional with a strong background in recruitment and education. As a Recruiting Coordinator at The Shandy Clinic since October 2021, Torrey has honed expertise in talent acquisition. Previously, Torrey held multiple roles at The Walt Disney Company, including Education Coordinator and Education Presenter, from June 2015 to October 2021. Other experiences include an internship with the City of Fort Collins, presidency at Kappa Delta Sorority, and positions at Fox Hollow Farm and Cougar Mountain Zoo. Torrey earned a Master’s of Science in Organizational Leadership from the University of Denver and a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Studies from Colorado State University.
