Samantha Johnston, MHRM, has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Samantha is currently the Sr. Director - Human Capital at Quality Supply Chain Cooperative, Inc. In this role, they drive the overall business plan and strategic direction through various HR strategies. Their responsibilities include succession planning, recruiting, employee engagement, organizational design, performance management, training and development, compensation, benefits, and DE&I. Samantha is dedicated to helping people be effective, feel fulfilled, and grow their careers.
